Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or MEP Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Oman/GCC experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of Oman construction practices and site procedures.
  • Good communication, leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
  • Valid Oman driving licence is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities.
  • Study architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
  • Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical works.
  • Monitor subcontractors, site teams and manpower productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain daily project progress reports.
  • Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
  • Coordinate material requirements and site deliveries.
  • Identify construction challenges and provide technical solutions.
  • Supervise concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and finishing works.
  • Coordinate MEP installations with civil and architectural activities.
  • Assist with measurements, quantities, BOQs and variations.
  • Maintain quality control and workmanship standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Oman HSE requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
