Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or MEP Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant construction experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Oman/GCC experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Oman construction practices and site procedures.
- Good communication, leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
- Valid Oman driving licence is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities.
- Study architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical works.
- Monitor subcontractors, site teams and manpower productivity.
- Prepare and maintain daily project progress reports.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Coordinate material requirements and site deliveries.
- Identify construction challenges and provide technical solutions.
- Supervise concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and finishing works.
- Coordinate MEP installations with civil and architectural activities.
- Assist with measurements, quantities, BOQs and variations.
- Maintain quality control and workmanship standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Oman HSE requirements.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
