Water Purifier Technician / Sales & Service Executive
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in water-purification systems.
- Oman or India experience accepted.
- Experience with domestic RO systems.
- Experience with commercial RO plants and filtration systems.
- Good knowledge of RO membranes, pumps, filters, UV systems, and dosing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical-service capabilities.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites across Oman.
- Valid Oman driving licence preferred/required.
- Combined sales and technical-service experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service, and maintain domestic and commercial water-purification systems.
- Work with RO, UV, UF, alkaline, and other filtration systems.
- Install and maintain domestic RO units, commercial RO plants, and filtration systems.
- Diagnose and repair pumps, membranes, filters, valves, pressure switches, electrical components, and control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and replacement of filters and RO membranes.
- Conduct water-quality checks and recommend suitable purification solutions.
- Visit customer locations for inspections, installations, maintenance, and service calls.
- Prepare quotations and explain technical specifications to customers.
- Identify prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Provide after-sales service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Maintain service records, spare-parts records, and customer databases.
- Coordinate spare-parts and material requirements with the company.
- Follow safety procedures during installation and maintenance activities.
- Independently troubleshoot technical problems at residential, commercial, and project sites.
